Breakfast Parfait

Layers of creamy yogurt and sweet fruit get a crunchy banana-nut-honey crumble in this easy-to-get-up-for breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • Quaker® Banana Honey Nut Breakfast Flats (crumbled)

  • oz. low-fat vanilla or lemon yogurt

  • apple, diced (about quarter-inch pieces)

  • dried apricots, diced (about 2 tablespoons)

  • teaspoons toasted sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine diced apples, apricots and sunflower seeds. Divide into 4 parts.

  2. Place quarter of fruit mix into two 8-ounce jars. Top with ¼ cup of yogurt.

  3. Add another quarter of fruit mix into each jar. Top each fruit layer again with ¼ cup of yogurt. Top parfaits with crumbled Quaker® Banana Honey Nut Breakfast Flats. Makes 2 servings.
