Garlic Parmesan Herb & Arugula Orzo

Savory chicken broth is the base for this easy, cheesy orzo that combines garlic, arugula and rosemary to make a deliciously flavorful holiday dish.


  • lb orzo

  • cup Progresso Chicken Broth

  • cup parmesan cheese, shredded

  • cloves garlic, minced

  • cup arugula, coarsely chopped

  • sprig of fresh rosemary, finely chopped

  • tbsp grated parmesan

  • Parsley for garnish


  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside in a large bowl.

  2. Add Progresso Chicken Broth, shredded parmesan cheese, garlic, arugula, and rosemary to the bowl of orzo. Stir until all ingredients are combined.

  3. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Top with parsley, if desired.

  4. Enjoy!
