Fresh figs and a drizzle of honey gives this breakfast recipe an exotic twist!


  • Quaker® Banana Honey Nut Breakfast Flats

  • Tbsp. ricotta or cottage cheese (small curd)

  • fresh figs (or 5 blackberries; or 9 raspberries)

  • teaspoon honey

  • pinch of salt


  1. Spread 2 teaspoons of ricotta or cottage cheese on each Quaker® Banana Honey Nut Breakfast Flat.

  2. Sprinkle with salt.

  3. Top with sliced figs or halved berries.

  4. Drizzle with honey.
