Memphis-Style BBQ Dogs

We’ve taken the hot dog, the quintessential outside eats, and jazzed it up!


  • slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon

  • OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Bun-Length Beef Franks

  • hot dog buns

  • cup HEINZ BBQ Sauce Memphis Sweet & Spicy

  • green onions, sliced

  • cup KRAFT Natural Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese


  1. HEAT grill to medium heat.

  2. WRAP bacon tightly around franks.

  3. GRILL 10 to 12 min. or until bacon is crisp and franks are heated through, turning frequently and adding buns, cut sides down, to the grill for the last minute to toast until golden brown.

  4. DRAIN franks on paper towels. Fill buns with franks; top with barbecue sauce, onions and cheese.
