Not Your Typical Breakfast Sandwich

Who says a breakfast sandwich needs bread? Not us! Enjoy the fresh air with a fresh take on breakfast.


  • QUAKER® Breakfast Flats, Cranberry Almond

  • eggs, cracked and beaten (or just the whites if you prefer)

  • oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • tsp. vegetable oil or spray oil

  • tsp. scallions, thinly sliced

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. Heat non-stick skillet on low.

  2. Season eggs with a pinch of salt.

  3. Stir eggs slowly with a rubber spatula.

  4. Add cheese.

  5. Continue stirring until curds are set. Spoon onto each QUAKER® Cranberry Almond Breakfast Flat.

  6. Top with black pepper and scallions.
