Peppermint-Mocha Delight

A zing of mint and a sweet hint of chocolate add more pep to every sip of this anytime holiday coffee treat.


  • cups fat-free milk

  • Tbsp. granular no-calorie sweetener

  • tsp. peppermint extract

  • BAKER’S Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped

  • cups hot brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee (double strength)

  • cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping


  1. COOK first 3 ingredients in saucepan 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)

  2. ADD to chocolate in medium bowl; whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in coffee.

  3. POUR into 4 mugs. Top with COOL WHIP.
