Take it outside

Yoplait® Yogurt Parfait Popsicle

Warmer weather invites happy carefree moments, with most gatherings happening outside. This refreshing treat is perfect to take along, and easy for little hands to help prepare! Simply follow the recipe below.

  • Small tubs of YOPLAIT® Greek 100 Protein Yogurt in Vanilla (10 oz.)

  • cup Strawberries, chopped

  • cup Blackberries, whole

  • cup Raspberries, whole

  • cup Blueberries, whole

  • Kiwi, chopped

  • cup Pineapple, chopped

  • cup Mango, chopped

  • cup Granola

  1. Wash, then chop strawberries, kiwi, mango and pineapple. Place chopped fruit and whole raspberries, blueberries and blackberries in a large bowl. Keeping with the yogurt parfait concept, I decided not to blend everything together. This allows the yummy yogurt to pair with varied bites of flavor to be enjoyed.

  2. Add 10 ounces of Yoplait® Greek 100 Protein, or Yoplait® Yogurt of choice and lightly fold into fruit mix.

  3. Place mixture into popsicle mold, leaving approximately ½ an inch of space for granola. You will want to press the mixture down using gentle, but firm pressure to make sure there are no air bubbles.

  4. Use remaining yogurt remnants in bowl, stir to lightly coat granola.

  5. Place granola mixture on top of the fruit mix in mold and fill to top. Press to ensure tightly compacted.

  6. Place cap on top and insert sticks (or instructions per mold used).

  7. Let the yogurt parfait popsicles freeze for approximately 2-3 hours (time frame may vary). To remove from mold, may come loose from wiggling multiple directions, thawing slightly out of freezer, or you can use a large bowl filled with luke-warm water and dip mold for a few seconds to assist.
